A Path to Healing and Growth
I integrate several evidence-based frameworks into most sessions, tailoring them to each client’s goals and needs.
For those who feel more out of control, we create a toolbox of skills to manage emotions, strengthen relationships, and better tolerate distressing situations. For those who tend to be more highly controlled or emotionally reserved, we learn skills which lead to greater openness, flexibility, and authentic connection. My goal is to help you build a life that feels more balanced, connected, and sustainable—without striving for perfection.
For sleep difficulties, we use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), a highly effective, drug-free treatment for sleep that addresses the thoughts and habits that interfere with restful sleep and helps reset healthy sleep patterns over time.
For couples, we use the time to reconnect with our partner and feel understood again. We get to the heart of what’s really happening emotionally, strengthen trust and closeness. Learn to feel more connected, understood, and secure, not by fixing each other, but by growing together.
Additionally, as a part of my ongoing commitment to the local community, I serve as a Clinical Supervisor at the Community Institute for Psychotherapy and as Board Director for Community Services for the Marin CAMFT.
